on Top up recharge of Rs 125/- obtain Talk Time of Rs 125/- with 0 days validity.
When I followed the available scheme on their website and made an online recharge,
I have been a victim of fraud. I was availed with some sort of scheme which I haven’t
requested to the company & which was not required to me.
On communication with the Customer care of the company, they denied their mistake.
The response from the customer care work-men was that “I have done a special
recharge” which is completely contrary to the information available on the website for
Top up recharges.
Being a customer my question is “How can we trust this company when they don’t care
for us and doesn’t provide any proper services to them?”
